J.C. Young is a Grief and Loss counsellor and End of life guide. Her office, Crystal Clear Counselling is located in the Northern town of Williams Lake B.C.
In addition to counselling services, J.C. offers informational workshops to professionals as well as the general public focusing on grief, different methods of coping with loss, End of Life planning, crystals, and meditation to name a few.
J.C. uses many traditional therapies as well as non-traditional such as Crystal therapies and medicines for those who are burdened with blockages, stress and pain.
J.C. received her Life Skills Counselling certification from Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver. There she met her mentor Stephen Lloyd Garret who introduced her to her passion, which is a desire to support and educate people to help alleviate some anxiety around a topic that is taboo in North America but is as natural as being born. Death.
J.C.’s plan is to walk with people while they walk with death, to open her heart, to receive their story and to hold space for those who need support.
