Meina obtained her RN at Mount Royal University in 1989, her Oncology Nursing Distant Education Certificate in 1995, the Canadian Certification in Oncology Nursing in 1996 and her Canadian Certificate in Geriatric Nursing in 2006.
She has extensive clinical experience in Oncology and Palliative Care Nursing is a Reiki Master and is certified in Hypnotherapy. Meina provides not only physical support but also emotional support in the matters of mind and spirit.
Stephen Garrett’s “End of Life Guide” program has educated Meina with extra training to support individuals and their families facing the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental challenges that death brings.
Meina currently resides in Calgary, Alberta in the summer and Phoenix, Arizona during the winter with her husband.
